There are over 20 million illegal abortions each year, some of which result to the death of the clients due to the unsafe methods used. The stand of the author is that in certain occasions, women should be allowed to obtain an abortion as this may help in saving their lives and avoiding some ill effects of abortion such as death, stress and traumatization. This article provides a good source to use for supporting the argument for legalization for abortion in countries that still remain against this. I will use this article to show the various benefits of granting females the choice to abort especially when faced with tough life choices.
